Ca'Shara started training people online, in 2020, while she was on her own weight loss journey.  She lost over 64 pounds with her training and meal plan. After much discipline and working with other individuals, God blessed her with the idea of Socially Active. The inspiration behind our brand was to welcome everyone in the community, make a lasting difference, and give God all the glory. 

Ca'Shara continues to server her community as she is the church secretary, speaks at different schools, host events for educators, and she is a CSRA community park activist. Ca'Shara also gives to different programs in her community. She loves JESUS and is a proud member of Hayden Baptist Church, where Pastor William Robinson Jr. is her Pastor and mentor.  Ca'Shara has been contracted by local companies to ensure their employees' health are taken seriously.  She continues to be a full-time mommy in addition to wearing many other hats! The motto here is "One goal, don't Fold."  Which was thought of by her mother Phyllis Lott.

Socially Active has been open and operating since May 2022. Socially Active looks forward to the many wonderful years to come and build lasting relationships.
